Desde l\u00edmites de velocidad m\u00e1s altos hasta ajustes en programas de apoyo econ\u00f3mico, varias reglas nuevas entran en vigor el mismo d\u00eda: el 1 de agosto de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Manejar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, con dos fechas clave<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El gobierno provincial contin\u00faa su plan de subir el l\u00edmite de velocidad de 100 a 110 km\/h en m\u00e1s tramos de la red de autopistas. El cambio no llega de una sola vez, sino en dos fases durante agosto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una fase entra en vigor el 21 de agosto;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la segunda fase entra en vigor el 31 de agosto.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quienes manejan a diario deber\u00e1n prestar atenci\u00f3n a la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n actualizada en cada tramo, ya que no toda la red pasa a 110 km\/h el mismo d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cambia el dinero: OSAP y adultos mayores<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 1 de agosto tambi\u00e9n marca el inicio de la reestructuraci\u00f3n de OSAP: los estudiantes recibir\u00e1n como m\u00e1ximo 25% de su ayuda provincial en becas no reembolsables, y al menos 75% como pr\u00e9stamo, un giro importante frente al esquema anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ese mismo d\u00eda, adem\u00e1s, suben los umbrales de ingreso del Programa de Coseguro para Adultos Mayores (Seniors Co-Payment Program), lo que determina cu\u00e1nto paga un adulto mayor de bolsillo por sus medicamentos bajo el plan p\u00fablico de Ontario.
