Ahora se espera que haya implicaciones para las escuelas de toda la provincia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los abogados que trabajaron para un grupo de padres del Consejo de Rawlinson, enviaron una carta a la Junta Escolar del Distrito de Toronto, explicando que el tribunal hab\u00eda rechazado expresamente cualquier interpretaci\u00f3n que permitiera a la Junta controlar, dirigir o invalidar la funci\u00f3n consultiva independiente de los Consejos Escolares.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Decisi\u00f3n tard\u00eda<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La decisi\u00f3n judicial lleg\u00f3 demasiado tarde y los padres ya no pudieron ser reincorporados a sus funciones, sin embargo, los abogados exigen a la Junta una disculpa y que reafirmen su compromiso con una interacci\u00f3n legal, respetuosa y colaborativa con los padres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, los abogados pidieron a la Junta que distribuya una copia de la decisi\u00f3n y que revise todas sus pol\u00edticas relacionadas con los Consejos. A\u00f1adieron que los jueces fueron enf\u00e1ticos al declarar que es una decisi\u00f3n que afecta a todas las Juntas de la provincia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, los representantes de los padres exhortaron a que no s\u00f3lo las Juntas Escolares, sino tambi\u00e9n el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n presten atenci\u00f3n a la decisi\u00f3n del tribunal sobre los procedimientos electorales para gestionar posibles conflictos y evitar extralimitaciones de la Junta o interpretaciones err\u00f3neas de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n, por parte de algunas de ellas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Qu\u00e9 dice el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El ministro de Educaci\u00f3n de Ontario, Paul Calandra, de momento, apenas se ha manifestado a trav\u00e9s de un portavoz y ha declarado que el fallo est\u00e1 siendo revisado. Este fallo se produce cuando las autoridades de educaci\u00f3n desean reformar las juntas escolares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La idea del gobierno provincial es escuchar las voces de los padres de los estudiantes, no obstante, preferir\u00edan eliminar a los administradores electos. En las jurisdicciones donde han eliminado a los administradores se han usado variantes de \u00f3rganos asesores de padres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Consejos Escolares o Consejos de Padres, tienen como funci\u00f3n asesorar las maneras de impulsar el rendimiento estudiantil y mejorar los aspectos del sistema y los padres participan voluntariamente en estos Consejos.
