{"id":16601,"date":"2024-04-25T14:03:21","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T18:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/?p=16601"},"modified":"2024-04-25T14:03:21","modified_gmt":"2024-04-25T18:03:21","slug":"argentina-milei-niega-cierre-de-universidades-publicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/zh\/argentina-milei-niega-cierre-de-universidades-publicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Argentina: Milei niega cierre de universidades p\u00fablicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El presidente argentino, Javier Milei, desminti\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles cualquier intenci\u00f3n de cerrar las universidades p\u00fablicas y asegur\u00f3 que se garantizar\u00e1 el giro de fondos para su funcionamiento, en respuesta a las masivas protestas en todo el pa\u00eds contra los recortes presupuestarios en la educaci\u00f3n superior p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mandatario ultraderechista lament\u00f3 la utilizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica que algunos sectores de la oposici\u00f3n hicieron de las manifestaciones y anunci\u00f3 que auditar\u00e1 el uso del dinero p\u00fablico destinado a los centros de estudios, a pesar de que esta no es una facultad del Poder Ejecutivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEn ning\u00fan momento el gobierno nacional insinu\u00f3 la intenci\u00f3n de cerrar las universidades nacionales\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Milei a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La movilizaci\u00f3n, que cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de miles de estudiantes, profesores, sindicatos, organizaciones sociales y partidos de laoposici\u00f3n, tuvo lugar en el centro de Buenos Aires y otros puntos del pa\u00eds, en defensa de la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y gratuita. Los manifestantes expresaron su preocupaci\u00f3n por el riesgo que enfrenta la educaci\u00f3n superior p\u00fablica debido a la decisi\u00f3n del presidente de mantener el presupuesto nacional de 2023, a pesar de la alta inflaci\u00f3n y de disponer aumentos de partidas de forma unilateral.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido la posici\u00f3n de las Universidades?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante un comunicado oficial, las Universidades nacionales mencionaron que \u201chan sufrido un fuerte ajuste en t\u00e9rminos reales en gastos de funcionamiento. Las partidas que mes a mes el Poder Ejecutivo env\u00eda a las universidades para poder funcionar, mantener edificios, realizar obras, sostener becas, las residencias, comedores, investigar, el desarrollo cient\u00edfico, laboratorios, servicios b\u00e1sicos, alquileres, todo fue congelado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En respuesta a las cr\u00edticas, Milei asegur\u00f3 que se garantizar\u00e1n los fondos para el funcionamiento de las universidades y anunci\u00f3 una auditor\u00eda sobre el uso de dichos fondos. El presidente se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el dinero destinado a las universidades proviene del esfuerzo de la mayor\u00eda de los argentinos y no puede ser utilizado para enriquecer a unos pocos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201cAl margen de la discusi\u00f3n acerca de cu\u00e1l modelo de educaci\u00f3n superior es deseable para un pa\u00eds en el que seis de cada diez chicos menores de 14 a\u00f1os son pobres, los mismos vivos de siempre utilizaron el escudo de una causa que suena noble para defender sus intereses\u201d destac\u00f3 Milei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, la implementaci\u00f3n de esta auditor\u00eda plantea interrogantes, ya que la ley establece que el control de las universidades nacionales corresponde al Congreso a trav\u00e9s de la Auditor\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
