El estudio, impulsado por la Fundaci\u00f3n IWK en julio de 2025, muestra una profunda insatisfacci\u00f3n con el sistema de atenci\u00f3n sanitaria y evidencia que muchas mujeres evitan buscar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica debido a sus responsabilidades personales y a la percepci\u00f3n de que no son tomadas en serio por los profesionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe, titulado \u201cLa Voz de las Mujeres de las Provincias Mar\u00edtimas: La Carga T\u00e1cita de la Salud de las Mujeres\u201d, indica que el 70% de las encuestadas considera que el sistema actual no responde a sus necesidades, mientras que el 86% cree que son necesarias reformas significativas para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica femenina.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Problemas invisibles y sobrecarga de responsabilidades<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La encuesta revel\u00f3 que los principales desaf\u00edos no son enfermedades agudas, sino problemas \u201cinvisibles\u201d relacionados con el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad, los trastornos del sue\u00f1o, los desequilibrios hormonales y el agotamiento f\u00edsico y emocional derivado de las responsabilidades de cuidado. Muchas participantes informaron que las presiones sociales, la falta de tiempo y las brechas de conocimiento impiden que prioricen su salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 75% de las mujeres reconoci\u00f3 haber pospuesto o evitado consultas m\u00e9dicas por exceso de responsabilidades o por temor a no ser escuchadas. M\u00e1s de la mitad dijo tener problemas de salud que afectan su vida diaria, su bienestar emocional, la vida familiar y su desempe\u00f1o laboral. Entre los temas que las participantes desean ver priorizados destacan la menopausia, la salud hormonal, la perimenopausia, el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n y el control del peso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Fundaci\u00f3n IWK considera que los resultados representan una hoja de ruta para reformar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en las provincias Mar\u00edtimas. Las encuestadas piden un acceso m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil a los servicios de salud, cl\u00ednicas especializadas en salud femenina, mejor formaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica con enfoque de g\u00e9nero y m\u00e1s investigaci\u00f3n sobre el cuerpo y las experiencias de las mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El informe concluye que las mujeres no buscan mayor resiliencia, sino un sistema de salud que las escuche, las respete y las incluya activamente en la toma de decisiones.
