{"id":23708,"date":"2025-09-05T16:19:38","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T20:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/?p=23708"},"modified":"2025-09-05T16:19:38","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T20:19:38","slug":"polemica-en-ontario-sindicato-enfrenta-orden-de-regreso-al-trabajo-presencial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/pt\/polemica-en-ontario-sindicato-enfrenta-orden-de-regreso-al-trabajo-presencial\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00e9mica en Ontario: sindicato enfrenta orden de regreso al trabajo presencial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Empleados Profesionales de Ontario (AMAPCEO), est\u00e1 tomando medidas contra el gobierno de Ontario, porque las autoridades provinciales ordenaron a los funcionarios que regresaran a sus oficinas inicialmente cuatro d\u00edas a la semana este oto\u00f1o y a partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se reincorporen completamente, es decir trabajar los cinco d\u00edas de la semana en sus respectivas oficinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los l\u00edderes de este sindicato, que representa a m\u00e1s de 16 mil funcionarios, incluidos empleados profesionales, administrativos y supervisores de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Ontario, argumentaron el jueves, que sus representados no fueron avisados de los cambios con la suficiente antecedencia, lo que significa una violaci\u00f3n de su convenio colectivo, dijeron.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con el presidente y director ejecutivo de AMAPCEO, Dave Bulmer, la decisi\u00f3n del gobierno provincial fue realmente dr\u00e1stica y no llev\u00f3 en consideraci\u00f3n la posici\u00f3n de los sindicatos que representan a los funcionarios de la provincia. Dijo tambi\u00e9n que ni siquiera hay suficiente espacio f\u00edsico para acomodar a todos los trabajadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>El porqu\u00e9 del enfado de los trabajadores<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El representante de los funcionarios, declar\u00f3 que cada vez que el empleador quiera tomar alguna decisi\u00f3n que afecte considerablemente la vida de los empleados y de su lugar de trabajo, debe avisar con por lo menos dos semanas de antecedencia, de esa forma podr\u00edan consultar con los trabajadores e inclusive convencerlos de la importancia de los cambios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es lo que ha sucedido en esta ocasi\u00f3n, manifest\u00f3 Bulmer, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que han recibido un preaviso de aproximadamente una hora y que ese procedimiento no ha respetado su convenio colectivo, por lo tanto, tienen toda la intenci\u00f3n de defender sus contratos, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, cinco asociaciones representantes de m\u00e1s de 50 mil funcionarios p\u00fablicos de Ontario, enviaron una carta a la secretaria de gabinete, Michelle DiEmanuele, en la que expresan su indignaci\u00f3n por la forma como han procedido las autoridades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alegan en la carta, que la flexibilidad laboral tiene muchos beneficios, entre los que destacan una mayor motivaci\u00f3n y productividad de los trabajadores, un mejor equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, una mayor accesibilidad para trabajadores de todas las capacidades y una reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, entre otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La decisi\u00f3n del gobierno provincial<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presidenta de la Junta del Tesoro de Ontario, Caroline Mulroney, anunci\u00f3 el pasado 14 de agosto, que a partir del 20 de octubre todos los empleados del Servicio P\u00fablico de Ontario, las agencias provinciales, las juntas y las comisiones deben trabajar en su oficinas cuatro d\u00edas por semana y a partir del 5 de enero del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, cumplir\u00e1n su jornada completa.
