La acci\u00f3n se enmarca en una investigaci\u00f3n por presunta corrupci\u00f3n relacionada con un programa de construcci\u00f3n de carreteras durante su mandato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El allanamiento, que tuvo lugar en la exclusiva zona residencial donde reside Vizcarra, fue autorizado por un video mostrado por la fiscal\u00eda, donde se observa al ex mandatario, en pijama de Mickey Mouse, firmando la autorizaci\u00f3n durante la madrugada.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Implicaci\u00f3n en el programa de construcci\u00f3n de carreteras<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pesquisa se centra en la posible existencia de una organizaci\u00f3n criminal liderada por Vizcarra, que habr\u00eda sido creada durante su mandato como gobernador regional en 2014 y se habr\u00eda ampliado durante su presidencia en 2018. Se sospecha que esta organizaci\u00f3n buscaba colocar a sus integrantes en cargos clave de un organismo encargado de la construcci\u00f3n de carreteras para apropiarse de fondos estatales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mart\u00edn Vizcarra, quien fue destituido por el Parlamento en 2020, enfrenta ahora tres investigaciones adicionales por corrupci\u00f3n, aunque ha negado todas las acusaciones, calific\u00e1ndolas de \u00abvenganzas pol\u00edticas\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este episodio llega tras la inhabilitaci\u00f3n de Vizcarra para ejercer cargos p\u00fablicos por 10 a\u00f1os, luego de ser acusado de violar la Constituci\u00f3n al vacunarse en secreto contra el COVID-19 junto a su familia y cientos de funcionarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pesar de su inhabilitaci\u00f3n, Vizcarra anunci\u00f3 recientemente su intenci\u00f3n de postularse a la presidencia en 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este allanamiento no es el primero de su tipo en Per\u00fa. En 2019, la casa del ex presidente Alan Garc\u00eda fue allanada por fiscales, aunque este evento termin\u00f3 en tragedia cuando Garc\u00eda se suicid\u00f3 antes de ser arrestado.
