El pacto alcanzado incluye medidas para combatir la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada, la adopci\u00f3n ilegal y el matrimonio forzado, consider\u00e1ndolos delitos con penas de hasta 5 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel o 10 a\u00f1os en casos agravados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nueva ley busca coordinar esfuerzos entre las autoridades de lucha contra la trata y las encargadas del asilo para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n adecuada de las v\u00edctimas.<\/span><\/i><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La UE tiene la intenci\u00f3n de introducir sanciones para las empresas condenadas por trata, excluy\u00e9ndolas de licitaciones y neg\u00e1ndoles el reembolso de ayudas o subvenciones p\u00fablicas. Adem\u00e1s, los fiscales podr\u00e1n optar por no procesar a las v\u00edctimas por actos delictivos coaccionados, y se brindar\u00e1 apoyo independientemente de su cooperaci\u00f3n en investigaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfatizando un enfoque integral, la ley pretende garantizar el apoyo a las v\u00edctimas considerando factores como g\u00e9nero, discapacidad e infancia. Tambi\u00e9n se explorar\u00e1 la posibilidad de considerar la difusi\u00f3n no consentida de im\u00e1genes o v\u00eddeos sexuales como una circunstancia agravante al dictar sentencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque la gestaci\u00f3n subrogada ya es ilegal en Espa\u00f1a y la mayor\u00eda de los Estados miembros de la UE, esta pr\u00e1ctica es legal en pa\u00edses como Grecia y Portugal.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rodr\u00edguez Palop, coponente de la norma en el Parlamento Europeo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este acuerdo representa un paso hacia el fin de esta \u00abforma de barbarie\u00bb.
