Autoridades del sector manifestaron que el premier mantendr\u00e1 su promesa y no incluir\u00e1 recortes en dicho documento financiero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante un discurso ante el Empire Club of Canada, el ministro declar\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n del gobierno provincial es clara, proteger la econom\u00eda, fortalecer la competitividad e invertir en los sectores que definen el futuro, desde la inteligencia artificial y la manufactura avanzada hasta las energ\u00edas limpias, las ciencias de la vida, los minerales cr\u00edticos y m\u00e1s, ponder\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este presupuesto ratifica los planes de gastos del gobierno para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o e incluye indicadores econ\u00f3micos que van desde el crecimiento hasta la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas viviendas. Esta es una preocupaci\u00f3n de gran parte de los habitantes de Ontario, sobre todo en \u00e1reas consideradas fundamentales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parte del desasosiego de muchos residentes, se debe a las declaraciones del propio ministro Bethlenfalvy, quien se ha quejado recientemente de la cantidad de dinero que Ontario est\u00e1 invirtiendo en la atenci\u00f3n a la salud. El ministro dijo tambi\u00e9n, que Ontario se enfrenta a ese fuerte obst\u00e1culo, sumado a la incertidumbre que genera.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Doug Ford apuesta por la expansi\u00f3n del aeropuerto Billy Bishop\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En medio de las turbulencias econ\u00f3micas, el premier de Ontario reafirm\u00f3 su deseo de ampliar la pista del aeropuerto de la isla de Toronto. Ford afirm\u00f3 que antes no hab\u00eda la aprobaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, pero que ahora, seg\u00fan encuestas de su propio gobierno, el 70% de los entrevistados aprueba la ampliaci\u00f3n. No se conocen detalles de la encuesta aludida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El premier asever\u00f3 que planea seguir adelante con la expansi\u00f3n en un trabajo conjunto con el gobierno federal y con la alcaldesa de Toronto, Olivia Chow.
