En esos casos, usuarios de redes sociales recurrieron a herramientas de ampliaci\u00f3n y mejora de im\u00e1genes basadas en IA con el objetivo de obtener m\u00e1s detalles visuales sobre lo ocurrido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Im\u00e1genes alteradas y falsas identificaciones<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El principal riesgo de estas herramientas es que pueden generar informaci\u00f3n visual inexistente. Al intentar \u201ccompletar\u201d detalles borrosos o ausentes, los sistemas de inteligencia artificial crean elementos que no estaban presentes en la imagen original, pero que pueden parecer realistas para quienes las observan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los ejemplos m\u00e1s difundidos fue la manipulaci\u00f3n de una imagen de un agente del Servicio de Inmigraci\u00f3n y Control de Aduanas de Estados Unidos (ICE), presuntamente vinculado a un tiroteo fatal.
