Su espectacularidad, la emoci\u00f3n y las maneras de sancionar han tenido un cambio radical a lo largo de los a\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n hay que mencionar que el dramatismo de los mismos jugadores, en buscar la falta, perder tiempo y bajar la velocidad del juego, ha aumentado a otro nivel. Pero, los \u00e1rbitros han tenido una inmensa responsabilidad en cambiar el dinamismo y, al igual que el mecanismo de los partidos. Los \u00e1rbitros ya no disimulan su inter\u00e9s en el terreno de juego. Sus intenciones o favoritismos son claramente reflejados en cada silbato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los t\u00e9cnicos son muy calculadores en la preparaci\u00f3n de sus partidos, conocen muy bien a su rival, tanto sus fortalezas como debilidades. Los \u00e1rbitros carecen de conocimiento sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de los equipos y sus miembros, se olvidan de qui\u00e9n hace el \u201cshow\u201d y no tienen la capacidad de identificar cu\u00e1l est\u00e1 actuando con honestidad y cu\u00e1l se est\u00e1 aprovechando del momento. El \u00e1rbitro tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar que se respeten las normas y de hacer valer la justicia por encima de cualquier circunstancia. Pero el dinero y el soborno est\u00e1n predominando su profesionalidad. Para nadie es un secreto que los billetes fluyen como corrientes de agua a favor de los intereses de muchos equipos. Algunos casos ya se conocen y otros est\u00e1n a escaso tiempo de ser revelados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfD\u00f3nde queda el objetivo de ser \u00e1rbitro? Pero, sobre todo, \u00bfd\u00f3nde quedan las reglas? Se ha visto claramente en muchos partidos que las normas no son iguales para todos. Cada \u00e1rbitro sanciona como le convenga mejor. Determinadas pautas se aplican para unos atletas y para otros no. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 y para qui\u00e9nes existen estos reglamentos?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El f\u00fatbol se mancha cada vez m\u00e1s y la grieta entre justicia y hacer cumplir las reglas se ampl\u00eda progresivamente. La pasi\u00f3n por este deporte se vive en la sangre y el aficionado jam\u00e1s dejar\u00e1 de alentar a su equipo, pero s\u00ed que se cansa de la falta de coherencia en las sanciones. La FIFA est\u00e1 perdiendo el control de la situaci\u00f3n y las tarjetas rojas ya no sirven.
