Muchos economistas esperaban ansiosamente este tercer recorte consecutivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstante, la m\u00e1xima autoridad monetaria canadiense alert\u00f3 que si la econom\u00eda muestra m\u00e1s fuerza de lo previsto y si la inflaci\u00f3n se presenta m\u00e1s persistente, el banco central podr\u00eda disminuir el ritmo de su flexibilizaci\u00f3n en sus pr\u00f3ximas decisiones. Asimismo, dijo que si las condiciones de la econom\u00eda lo permiten, podr\u00eda proponerse un recorte mayor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cu\u00e1ndo empezar\u00e1n a sentirse los efectos de los recortes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan los economistas, los efectos de los recortes de las tasas de inter\u00e9s, empezar\u00e1n a sentirse paulatinamente, en un primer momento, los que notar\u00e1n un cambio inmediato, ser\u00e1n los que se ocupan de tasas hipotecarias, tasas variables o l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El resto de los consumidores deber\u00e1n esperar un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, es decir a mediados del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, cuando probablemente la tasa de referencia caer\u00e1 al 2,75 por ciento. De hecho, la expectativa es que la tasa de inter\u00e9s contin\u00fae cayendo, y cada vez con mayor intensidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Algunas repercusiones a este nuevo recorte<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para Avery Shenfeld, economista jefe del CIBC, el Banco de Canad\u00e1 al recortar el 0,25% adopt\u00f3 un enfoque muy cauteloso y los mercados financieros no esperaban otra cosa, aun cuando so\u00f1aban con la posibilidad de un recorte de medio punto porcentual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, la economista jefa de TD, Beata Caranci, asever\u00f3 que el Banco de Canad\u00e1 acert\u00f3 al recortar apenas un cuarto de punto porcentual, debida a que la econom\u00eda canadiense todav\u00eda est\u00e1 enviando se\u00f1ales contradictorias.
