Mulino, de 64 a\u00f1os de edad y quien ocup\u00f3 el Ministerio de Seguridad en la gesti\u00f3n de Martinelli (2009-2014), fue inhabilitado por el Tribunal Electoral debido a una condena por blanqueo de capitales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El debate, auspiciado por la C\u00e1mara de Comercio, Agricultura e Industrias, cubri\u00f3 temas como el empleo, el agua, la institucionalidad y el desarrollo humano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El candidato R\u00f3mulo Roux propuso crear 500.000 empleos en cinco a\u00f1os, una propuesta que sus rivales criticaron como irreal.
