Esta medida constitucional, promovida por el partido Morena de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, se considera improbable debido a la falta de votos en el Congreso que respalden su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2020, Morena y sus aliados llevaron a cabo una reforma al sistema de pensiones mexicano, incrementando los beneficios de jubilaci\u00f3n y reduciendo los tiempos de contribuci\u00f3n requeridos para los trabajadores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abLogramos una reforma, pero no es completa. Por eso ahora la vamos a profundizar\u00bb, mencion\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Obrador, indicando su deseo de presentar la iniciativa antes de concluir su mandato en octubre.<\/span><\/i><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde 1997, las Administradoras de Fondos para el Retiro (Afores) han controlado el sistema de pensiones en M\u00e9xico, manejando cerca de 5.4 billones de pesos (alrededor de 320 mil millones de d\u00f3lares) hasta octubre, aproximadamente el 20% del PIB mexicano, seg\u00fan datos del regulador del sistema de pensiones, Consar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Administradoras de Fondos para el Retiro (Amafore), representante de las Afores, que incluye entidades como Citibanamex Afore, Afore SURA y Afore XXI Banorte, opt\u00f3 por no hacer comentarios al respecto. Sin embargo, las posibilidades de que esta propuesta de reforma se convierta en ley son consideradas bajas por analistas. Eurasia Group, una consultora, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00abuna propuesta as\u00ed ser\u00eda muy perturbadora y es poco probable que sea aprobada en el Congreso\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00f3pez Obrador expres\u00f3 su inter\u00e9s en asegurar que las pensiones de retiro sean equivalentes a los salarios laborales, sin detallar c\u00f3mo se lograr\u00eda este objetivo.<\/span><\/i><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00f3pez Obrador resalt\u00f3 que este tema ser\u00e1 prioridad para su sucesor despu\u00e9s de las elecciones presidenciales del 2 de junio, donde la candidata de Morena, Claudia Sheinbaum, lidera las encuestas.
