No sali\u00f3 en todos los noticieros, pero tiene implicaciones directas para trabajadores, consumidores e inmigrantes que buscan estabilidad econ\u00f3mica en este pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La importancia de esta ley<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tensi\u00f3n comercial con Estados Unidos dej\u00f3 en claro algo que Canad\u00e1 prefer\u00eda no discutir abiertamente: depender de un solo socio para casi el 70% de sus exportaciones es una vulnerabilidad enorme. Su objetivo es que el pa\u00eds diversifique su econom\u00eda hacia adentro y hacia otros mercados, antes de que llegue la revisi\u00f3n del CUSMA en julio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene adentro esta ley?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tres ejes principales. Primero, elimina barreras comerciales entre provincias. Puede sonar t\u00e9cnico, pero esto significa algo muy concreto: antes era, en algunos casos, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil exportar desde Ontario hacia Estados Unidos que vender en Alberta. Eso cambia. Segundo, fortalece las reglas de competencia para evitar que grandes empresas dominen sectores enteros sin competencia real. Tercero, crea un plan nacional de competitividad para que las empresas canadienses puedan crecer en mercados internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 gana el trabajador de a pie?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En teor\u00eda, m\u00e1s comercio entre provincias significa m\u00e1s opciones para consumidores y m\u00e1s mercado para peque\u00f1os negocios. Y hay algo que toca directamente a muchos inmigrantes: una de las barreras m\u00e1s frustrantes es que un profesional certificado en una provincia tiene que revalidar sus credenciales si se muda a otra. Esta ley empuja hacia un sistema m\u00e1s unificado de reconocimiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Lo que hay que seguir de cerca<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las leyes son intenciones hasta que se aplican. El Plan de Competencia que acompa\u00f1a esta legislaci\u00f3n apenas se est\u00e1 lanzando, y los detalles de implementaci\u00f3n siguen siendo amplios. Los cr\u00edticos se\u00f1alan que el texto da al gobierno mucho poder discrecional. Lo que s\u00ed est\u00e1 claro es la direcci\u00f3n: Canad\u00e1 quiere ser menos dependiente del mercado estadounidense, y esta ley es la apuesta m\u00e1s concreta en esa direcci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la comunidad hispana en Canad\u00e1, esto se traduce en una pregunta pr\u00e1ctica: \u00bfva a ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil trabajar, emprender y moverse entre provincias?
