Si dos personas de la misma pareja califican, pueden retirar hasta $70,000 entre las dos. Debe tener un contrato de compraventa firmado para una propiedad en Canad\u00e1. Los residentes permanentes y los ciudadanos naturalizados tambi\u00e9n aplican.
