El reembolso m\u00e1ximo de 130 mil d\u00f3lares se aplicar\u00eda a los candidatos elegibles que adquieran propiedades nuevas con un valor de un mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares o menos y ser\u00e1 progresivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante una conferencia de prensa en la ciudad de Mississauga, el premier Doug Ford, indic\u00f3 que el impuesto del 13% se eliminar\u00e1 por completo para la adquisici\u00f3n de viviendas nuevas desde el primero de abril de 2026, hasta el 31 de marzo de 2027. Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Finanzas, el reembolso se incluir\u00e1 en el pr\u00f3ximo presupuesto provincial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, el gobierno inform\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado que esta propuesta, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el gobierno federal, fortalecer\u00eda el reembolso provincial para propiedades residenciales de alquiler nuevas durante un a\u00f1o. Las viviendas de hasta $1.5 millones, obtendr\u00e1n el reembolso m\u00e1ximo, que ir\u00e1 disminuyendo proporcionalmente. Para las viviendas con un valor de $1.85 millones, el reembolso ser\u00e1 de 24 mil d\u00f3lares.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26853\" src=\"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Dolar-39-1024x597-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"597\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cu\u00e1les son las condiciones para ser elegible<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que un comprador pueda acceder al reembolso, la propiedad nueva debe utilizarse como residencia principal o como propiedad residencial de alquiler. Asimismo, el contrato de compraventa debe firmarse entre el primero de abril de 2026 y el 31 de marzo de 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de las viviendas adquiridas como residencia principal, la construcci\u00f3n debe empezar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2028 y terminar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2031. Ya en el caso de las viviendas adquiridas como propiedad de alquiler, la construcci\u00f3n debe finalizar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2029, se lee en el comunicado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A finales de marzo se conocer\u00e1n los dem\u00e1s criterios de elegibilidad, que ser\u00e1n publicados en la p\u00e1gina web de la provincia.
