Sin duda, las personas est\u00e1n dando propinas en m\u00e1s lugares que antes, lo que ha provocado una creciente frustraci\u00f3n, agreg\u00f3 el experto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, el profesor de la Escuela de Negocios Edwards de la Universidad de Saskatchewan, Marc Mentzer, asever\u00f3 que el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda digital ha cambiado radicalmente el comportamiento del consumidor. En cualquier lugar, presentan un lector de tarjetas con chip en el que la opci\u00f3n inicial supera el 15%, es una presi\u00f3n innecesaria, dijo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Sobre los aumentos de los precios y porcentajes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estad\u00edsticas Canad\u00e1 afirm\u00f3 que el \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) de los alimentos consumidos en los restaurantes aument\u00f3 un 3,3% en 2024, en octubre de 2025, mientras la inflaci\u00f3n general fue del 2,2%, los alimentos subieron un 3,4%. Durante nueve meses consecutivos los precios de los alimentos han superado la inflaci\u00f3n general, dice la agencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El profesor Mentzer, asevera que los porcentajes m\u00e1s elevados de propina, tambi\u00e9n han chocado con el aumento de los precios de las comidas.
