{"id":24251,"date":"2025-10-14T14:20:49","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:20:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/?p=24251"},"modified":"2025-10-14T14:20:49","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T18:20:49","slug":"la-inflacion-alimentaria-sigue-afectando-tu-bolsillo-descubre-que-productos-subieron-mas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thespanishmedia.com\/en\/la-inflacion-alimentaria-sigue-afectando-tu-bolsillo-descubre-que-productos-subieron-mas\/","title":{"rendered":"La inflaci\u00f3n alimentaria sigue afectando tu bolsillo: descubre qu\u00e9 productos subieron m\u00e1s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El director del Laboratorio de An\u00e1lisis Agroalimentario de la Universidad de Dalhousie, en Halifax, Sylvain Charlebois, declar\u00f3 que la inflaci\u00f3n de los alimentos vari\u00f3, y que los canadienses enfrentan costos m\u00e1s elevados para algunos productos, pero no para todos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan el experto, que tambi\u00e9n es profesor e investigador de distribuci\u00f3n y pol\u00edticas alimentarias de dicha universidad, si bien algunos productos b\u00e1sicos han estado m\u00e1s baratos este a\u00f1o que en el 2024, otros han presionado los presupuestos familiares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La agencia Estad\u00edsticas Canad\u00e1 public\u00f3 en su \u00faltimo \u00edndice de precios al consumidor (IPC), que el costo de los alimentos se increment\u00f3 un 3,5 por ciento en agosto, es decir fue un 10 por ciento m\u00e1s alto que el mes precedente, sin embargo, se debi\u00f3 a una mezcla de precios, pues la inflaci\u00f3n general de los alimentos se ha desacelerado en relaci\u00f3n al a\u00f1o 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Vea los cambios de precios por producto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los datos de la agencia federal muestran las variaciones de precios en agosto. En ese mes, el precio de la carne se aceler\u00f3 al 7,2 por ciento, desde el 4,7 por ciento del mes anterior. A su vez, el precio de la carne fresca y congelada se dispar\u00f3 alcanzando un 12,7 por ciento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Charlebois afirm\u00f3 que durante el oto\u00f1o, los productos frescos han estado m\u00e1s baratos que el a\u00f1o pasado. Ha sido una gran oportunidad para los consumidores adquirir verduras como zanahorias, jud\u00edas verdes, coles de Bruselas y br\u00f3coli a muy buen precio, dijo el experto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, las papas y los productos enlatados, como ar\u00e1ndanos rojos, salsa de carne o relleno de pastel de calabaza han estado m\u00e1s caros, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Charlebois. Los productos de panader\u00eda, como los panecillos y los postres han mantenido sus precios estables, dijo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El experto destac\u00f3 que el consumo de prote\u00ednas representa casi el 40 por ciento del presupuesto del supermercado y que los precios de la carne, principalmente el de la res, son un desaf\u00edo persistente, aunque no es una problem\u00e1tica en este momento. Menos mal que la carne de cerdo y la de pollo se han mantenido relativamente estables, ponder\u00f3 el estudioso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Comer saludable tiene un alto costo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un nuevo estudio de la Universidad de Laval de Montreal, revela que en Canad\u00e1, seguir pautas alimentarias saludables de alimentaci\u00f3n tiene un costo muy elevado.
